Teen Lifestyle Medicine

Our mission is to empower fellow teens to take charge of their health — and inspire others to do the same — by leading school clubs, hosting community events, and creating science-backed content that promotes well-being. We believe that starting healthy habits early allows us to be our best now, and can prevent chronic diseases later, and that peer influence is a powerful tool for effective change. We’re here — guided by Stanford Lifestyle Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine — to help teens lead the way in their communities!
